All Are Welcome!
We’re honored that you’re thinking about visiting with us, and we want to help make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. You are welcome here!
Central is a diverse group of people. We come from many backgrounds and faith perspectives. We are believers and questioners. We have a variety of abilities, strengths and experiences. We don’t have all the answers. We are all on a journey. We are not the same, but we come together to worship God, become more like Jesus, and serve God’s creation.

We also have multiple handicapped parking spaces.
In addition, there’s the library’s parking lot, next door to our building.
What happens at a typical worship service?
When you arrive, you’ll be given a worship guide that outlines that Sunday’s order of worship. The service usually includes a blend of prayer, singing, reading from the Bible, receiving our tithes and offerings, and a sermon by our pastor or a visiting minister.
Once a month, customarily on the first Sunday, we share Holy Communion / The Lord’s Supper.
We practice an Open Table, so you don’t have to be a member of Central, or any church, to join in.
Our Sunday service last about an hour.

What should I wear?
We truly want you to “come as you are.”
You’ll see that in practice when you visit.
God cares more about our hearts than our wardrobe.
Wear what makes you comfortable.
Is childcare or Sunday School offered?
We cherish families and children.
Professionally staffed childcare is available for infants and toddlers.
During the worship service, we will invite youth and children to go to Sunday School, where they’ll have teachers who offer them Bible lessons and stories
For more details, visit the Children’s Ministry page.
Will I be expected to put money in the offering plate?
You are our guest, and we want you to feel comfortable. There will be no pressure to give.
We think tithes and offerings are our chance to acknowledge what God has given to us. We give to support the ministry of our church in the community and the work of God around the world.
If you choose to share a gift, you can be sure it will be used for that as well.
